We currently offer home visits for some services as we expand our facilities. You can request home visits for grooming, walking, or care as per your selected care package.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept M-Pesa, Visa, and MasterCard payments. All transactions are secure, and you will receive a digital receipt after every payment.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Absolutely. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no extra cost.

What if I am not available during the service time?

No problem. You can provide access instructions when booking (for example, if a caretaker can access your yard or meet a family member). We always confirm safe arrival and completion.

Do you provide emergency or last-minute services?

Yes, subject to staff availability. Emergency visits or same-day bookings can be made via WhatsApp or phone, and we’ll do our best to assign a nearby caretaker immediately.
